Zahn/Smith Wedding

October 11th, 2020

The Barn

I remember the first time I met Rachel, her mother, sister-in-law, and Kleat, her then, boyfriend. They were some of the sweetest and down to earth people I have ever met. I loved getting to connect with them and show them Eberley Brooks. Rachel knew from the beginning she wanted to get married in October and have a shorter engagement. The thing was, Kleat hadn’t yet proposed! Rachel, thankfully ended up booking with us for October 11th. We began the wedding planning process, but little did Rachel know, Kleat was planning the proposal as well. The day came for the proposal (you can read all about it on the blog post about their engagement) and it was absolutely stunning! As you can imagine the wedding was too.

The wedding was on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in October. Rachel and Kleat were surrounded by their amazing friends and families with a ceremony filled with Love and the Holy Spirit. They dedicated their lives to each other and their marriage to Jesus Christ. The rest of the reception was one for the books, from a beautiful choreographed first dance by the couple, to the sweet toast by the best man and maid of honor. They ended their night with a bright sparkler exit into the bride's grandpa’s antique car. It was such a special moment for the couple and their loving family.

I am blessed to have been Rachel and Kleat’s coordinator. They are one of those couples that remind you of how true love feels. We can’t wait to see what the next year holds for them and how God will use their marriage!

Love,

Olivia
